This return policy complies with New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, ensuring your rights as a consumer are protected.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. This policy applies to purchases made both in-store at our Morningside location and online.

Under New Zealand consumer law, you have additional rights if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or don't match their description. These rights cannot be excluded.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be included where applicable
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  • Custom or personalized items may not be returned unless faulty
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • For hygiene reasons, opened paint tubes or used brushes cannot be returned unless defective

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@quythraxshel.world or visit our studio at 16 Taylors Road, Morningside, Auckland 1025, New Zealand. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorisation if applicable.

For online purchases, please include your order number in your return request. We'll provide instructions for returning items by post if you're unable to visit our Auckland studio in person.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 2-3 business days after we process it.

For items purchased with cash in-store, refunds will be provided in cash or via bank transfer, at your preference.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws. You won't be required to pay return postage for faulty items.

Change of Mind

While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes items don't meet your expectations. Our 14-day return policy allows you to return items in original condition for a full refund or exchange.
